Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, I spent my youth adventuring outdoors, chasing sunlight, and basking in every body of water I could find. Skincare and sunscreen never crossed my mind. It wasn't until my late 40s that I noticed changes in the mirror that caught me off guard — and when I went looking for answers, I found an internet overflowing with options, each one promising to outshine the last. I had no idea where to begin.
